Born in Mexico City. Studied Law at Universidad Iberoamericana and has experience in the corporate and commercial litigation areas. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions involving both national and foreign entities; complex real estate projects (including acquisitions, sales, financing, and real estate planning); conflicts between shareholders of public and private entities, both on behalf of minority shareholder groups and on behalf of majority shareholder groups, as well as planning of corporate governance structures; and commercial, corporate, financial nature and corporate reorganizations matters of both public and private companies.
